Yes there was just a post from a user recently. He Also took great care to use laxatives as well to avoid cramping etc. Also fasting. And take the SN with minimal water.

I tiny (!) squar of chocolate should be ok. You also get this after drinking N in Switzerland.

I plan to take a piece of butterscotch candy. Salt compliments the butterscotch so it will blend in well when taking the candy for the aftertaste of SN. You may also have a piece of Caramel too as this blends well with salt as well. But I would not eat a meal, or meat, or milk or any kind of actual food after taking SN.

No, you should not eat after swallowing sn. You can have a small candy or rinse out your mouth with chocolate to mask the taste.

Other ways are using a numbing gel or mouthwash to numb your mouth before taking the sn, use Difflam rinse or Oragel to numb your whole mouth.

If you're worried about taste I suggest having mouth wash that's ready to put in your mouth to rinse, it will get rid of the taste in your mouth. Any brand will do.
I tested drinking very salty water to make myself used to SN and the random cheap mouth-wash I bought removed the awful feeling/taste/after-taste immediately
