Help Can I do full suspension with a neck tie?

I tired doing partial suspension but couldn't pass out. I looked into full suspension and saw the uncomfortableness is worth it so this is my new plan. I am wondering if I can use the neck tie noose from my earlier attempt can be re used for this? I am pretty sure my anchor point is strong enough to a (thick heavy wooden door and toss over the stop and almost no gap between the door and the door frame). I am 5' 7." an weigh about 140 lbs. (pounds) (68 kilos) Any feed back is gratefully accepted!
