If two meds taken togheter, on the same day or smth increases sedation it means they become stronger on making you asleep? Do they loose some of their properties?

It depends what two meds. Different meds have different interactions so would have to know which two specifically. You can google it. Just type 'med 1' and 'med 2' drug interaction into Google and you'll find something. There's lots of stuff like that out there.
