Method Can Gaviscon be a good antiemetic/antacid substitute when taking SN?

I am not a doctor or pharmacologist, but as far as I know Gaviscon is an antacid, but not an antiemetic. It wouldn't help with nausea at all.

Not an anti-emetic. It will not stop vomiting.

As others have said really. You want something like metoclopramide or similar drugs to stop the vomiting. Gaviscon is a good antacid though.

There is no clear info, but since scopolamine inhibits basal and nocturnal gastric acid secretion, and has been used for gastric ulcers, like tagament, pepcid, and other histamine blockers, I think it would be safe to assume scopolamine would be an ideal substitute. It's also antiemetic as well as it inhibits the vomiting centre from doing its thing.
