It all depends on your beliefs. I'd say if you're considering it, try it. Spirituality is a real thing. There are different ways to go about it.

What do you mean by that?

You could try meditating if you have stuck negative energy. Or write it down whatever troubles you and go from there. You could also check your daily astrological chart to see what planetary energies are influencing your current life.

Usually those negative energies and entities come from our unconscious, which tries to push us in a certain direction on our journey of life.

I 2nd and totally agree with what @etherealgoddess said in her post. At 68, NO I am NOT being snotty, I have through the decades seen so much "karma" or whatever one what's to call it and the word of religion aside, spirituality is real and can be very profound.

There is SO MUCH that the human mind and essence cannot wrap its head around and there are forces that we may never understand and maybe we should never understand.

If it feels right and you believe, go for it.

NEVER EVER let someone else dictate what you believe or want to do, you are you, a lovely, kind, caring and ever so thoughtful person.

Personally I wouldn't go that route, as I don't believe the reasons for suicidal ideation warrant it. But it doesn't mean it won't help you.

If you believe in the effectiveness of exorcism, then go for it. But please, make sure you're not being taken advantage of or utilised by others for their own pleasure or gain. You know yourself the best - so base any decision on what your heart and gut tells you.

Science does not endorse exorcism as a curative means.

However, belief (faith) can be a powerful thing.

Is this a service that's available upon request?

If you feel like you're out of options and like you want to try an exorcism, then go for it. But as @Tesha said, be wary of bad actors.

Make sure you rest and eat well, and try to harmonize the environment you sleep in.

I connect "exorcism" automatically with the (catholic) church.

Imo it's a lot about beliefs rather than anything that has been proven by science.

I would prefer treatment from a shaman who's still connected with nature rather than "the church".

It could … if you are under demonic influence or attack. As I often post: try everything before you throw away everything (i.e., CTB).

Give it a go. IIRC Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and Anglican churches offer it. Can't recall about Lutheran. Reformed don't. Baptist vary greatly from congregation to congregation on many things, so that probably applies here too. Protestant churches often refer to it as a Deliverance ministry.

I'm a Christian but not Catholic, but if I seriously thought I was under demonic attack or possession I'd go to the Catholics: they've got the most experience and a specific Rite for such things. I like that there's an application process and they vet candidates to rule out those whose problems are medical or psychological. They will help non Catholic Christians. Not sure re pagans (i.e., non Christians), since they don't have the Holy Spirit. They may have to convert lest the "house cleaning" make their latter state worse than the former…. (Matt 12:43-45).

Lots of fascinating videos (of varying quality) on YT.

Why do you think you may be under demonic attack? A "quick & dirty" test you can perform yourself is to see if you have an aversion to holy things: can you pray the Lord's Prayer ("Our Father…")? Can you pick up, open and read from the Bible? Can you go into a church and attend a whole service? Can you wear a blessed crucifix necklace? Can you say, "l love Jesus, the Christ. He's my Lord and Savior. He purchased my salvation upon the Cross."?

If you want to talk more message me. I often don't visit here for weeks at a time.
