Gonna ctb soon and I was looking at the PPH's SN protocol. It asks for metoclopramide and oxazepam, both of which requires a doctors prescription and I can't buy them without going through a lot of trouble / risk getting find out and put into a mental ward.
Can CTB by SN still be done reliably if i just fast and the drink SN-water solution or is it not worth it to do it without medication?? Are there over the counter alternatives?? I'm really desperate living is unbearable I do not want to continue to suffer. Any advice would help.

Yes. All meto does is make you less likely to vomit. Dozens of people who've posted Goodbye threads here and successfully CTB'd, even with meto, mention they vomit anyways. So it's an aid, not something required.

Yes. The additional medications attempt to help with different things, the biggest recommendation is using an antiemetic but it isn't required. It's meant to help with vomiting and absorption but most people will vomit with SN. It will be important to make backup glasses in case you vomit too mucg, though many were not able to finish or even start the second glass. It's not a guaranteed method and definitely takes time so put yourself in a space where you won't be found and saved. If you plan on going to a hotel or airbnb, book an extra day or two after your planned date (if you can afford it) to give yourself time to recover and plan next steps in case of failure.

Probably it also delays vomiting should it occur, thus increasing the chances of greater absorption of nitrite regardless of whether vomiting happens.
