Discussion Can a 16yr old boy overpower a 21yr old man?

My 21yr old female friend has a brother who is 16yrs old. He's 6ft and 150lbs. Meanwhile I'm 21, 5ft and 130lbs. When him, my sister and me were talking about male teachers and female students "getting it on" He made a joke that if he wanted to, he could overpower me dominate me sexually and get away with it because he's a minor.



Is that really true. Would he be able to sexually assault me and I'd have a hard time resisting?

Depends where you live. In some states in the USA def not and 16 is old enough to get tried as an adult.

If you mean can you stop him....
Are you trained or not trained?
I'm a wee female and thru mma I can def stop a full grown man in his tracks.
If your not trained, get trained. It could save you some pain someday.

However, there is always the element of surprise, slipping you drugs, etc.
So yes, anything is possible.

lastly I would def cut out anyone that says such a thing. If it comes out of their mouth, they are already thinking it. Situational awareness and hugs to you :)

He wouldn't get away with it but that's my belief. He is old enough to get into actual trouble with the law for something serious like this. If he was caught doing something that crosses the law but isn't physically harming another person, maybe he'd get a warning.

Just because he's 16 doesn't mean he'll get away with everything he does. He's still slightly young so it's ignorance probably

He would not get away with it because he's a minor.
Anyone no matter their age or where they live, well I should hope in the UK, USA etc they would be put on a sexual offence register.
I know of someone who was 12 when they committed an offence, won't go into what that person did, he is hated in this town though and he was put on the register even though he was a minor. It will always show if he was to apply for a job that required a standard/enhanced criminal record check.

As for saying that he sounds creepy. Could he overpower you, maybe. Just kick him in the balls.
