Calculate dose of SN?

Does anyone knows how to calculatr SN dose without a weigher, or any other kind of wigher?

People seem to use measuring spoons and treat ml as equivalent to grams. One teaspoon is 5ml and roughly 5g; a tablespoon is 15ml, so roughly 15g.
