Method Buying helium for inert gas method?

I found a welding store nearby that sells helium, how would I buy this inconspicuously? Say it's for balloons?

If you can go with Nitrogen or Argon instead, you should use those. since a lot of Helium is cut with oxygen specifically to prevent CTB. A lot of people buy Nitrogen for the process of brewing beer, so a lot of people use that as their excuse. I would probably say I'm performing experiments for a youtube video I want to make relating to heat suppression in computer electronics, to be original. But ideally I'm going to see if I can buy it anywhere online with no human interaction. Also pro tip, if they ask, make sure to specify that you're not transporting it inside your vehicle, it's supposed to be secured on the outside (or potentially padded very well in the trunk is alright according to a couple people?)
