It has to be today my si is low today I have been suffering with what I now no is untreated savire dehydration i am so thirsty it's unbearable I am constantly chugging water and salt but nothing has worked it been unbearable and the nhs will not do anything it got so bad that it started to look like Nero and heart problems been to doctors constantly but they won't even do anything ready if this fails I will jump of one of the bridge near to me it's not high enough but I'll have to hope I die from injury
