Bridge/building hight for CTB?

I just wanted to know which hight is the best for CTB? I read for building is 10(+) storage & asphalt. Bridge maybe 30-40m with asphalt? Thank you (maybe give some resources).

the higher the better book by geo stone in resources compilation has a chapter on jumping he suggests 150 feet over land but some think that's a bit overkill
