I have BPD. Diagnosed. Not just saying it. And I've noticed something — talking to someone else who actually has it is completely different. It's like we speak the same language without trying. No explaining. No overthinking. Just… flow.
When I talk to people with BPD, I feel seen. Not in a sad way. In a real way. We get each other's intensity, our weird quirks, our humour, the way we care too much or not at all. It's actually fun. Even with all the pain underneath, there's something beautiful about how deep we feel things.
I'm tired of trying to connect with people who don't get it. I want to build friendships with people who live the same way I do. Not to save each other. Just to exist together. To laugh. To share. To feel less alone.
If you're diagnosed with BPD and you're suicidal too, I'd really like to talk to you. Let's be friends. Let's share the messy and the meaningful. Let's make each other feel a bit more human.
You're not weird to me. You're my kind of person. Reach out if you feel the same.
