I am practicing ctb with partial suspension but blood rushes to face. Nothing else happens. No fainting . Nothing! Tried with various places on the neck. Base top and between adam apple and base
Fried meaning forward and also backward.what else to try. ThanksHow did you position your body? Did you apply enough pressure?
What next to do. I am in severe pain and need help with thinking even about small things. ThanksSounds like vein compression not arteries.
I don't think I can really troubleshoot for people anymore since people irl will use it against me. I hope linking the guide provides the info you are seeking. What next to do. I am in severe pain and need help with thinking even about small things. Thanks

I tried again . And this time I stayed in position and after about a minute I could feel buzzing in the ear and some fainting inclination. So does this mean that blood rushing to face has to happen before fainting. How long to stay in place for partial suspension to be effective. I thought it was a few seconds but looks like I will have to be there for several minutes. Thanks
Maybe try using padding like in the night-night method? https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/the-night-night-method-mega-thread.6834/
I actually have the same problem. Personally I am just going to try another method given the difficulty of me passing out and the potential consequences of me failing. However, if you are hellbent on trying this method then best of luck to you. Sorry I can't provide you with advice; I am just posting this so you know you're not alone.
