Discussion Bleeding out from cannula?

Three days back I was in the emergency room because of the collapse, when doctor introduced the cannula.... I thought. Is it possible to bleed like this?

Just option.
1.sleeping pils
2.cannula,hoses,small electric pump (slow mode)
3.bucket or whatever

You can't bleed out of small veins. You're not gonna be able to put a cannula in a artery. This is also tricky for doctors.
