every single day. Blank mind. no thoughts. Memory loss both short term and long term since I was admitted to the psychiatric hospital for an illness that was actually physical. - shot up with medication that I'm intolerant to. Life ruined tbh

I stopped having internal dialogue after my first od, when I tried to explain to my therapist and psychiatrists they don't seem like they believe me. Ig it's slowly getting a little bit better
