There's a bitch at work that I absolutely HATE!!! I knew when I met her she was so fucking fake. She pretends to just love everyone. I told her one day that I thought she was just too nice to be true she just laughed. Well I just got paid and she decided to short my paycheck. Yeah she knew what she was doing. She's been riding my ass for weeks about me coming in early (5 minutes). She told me I had to start coming in and clocking in exactly at 8 am 12 pm 1 pm and 5 pm EXACTLY that just threw my anxiety level off the chart. I was told I couldn't come in and sit at my desk I had to sit downstairs. No one else comes in early (5 fucking minutes - they all come in 15 minute late or later and are never spoken to). So today she comes up to me and says all cheery what kind of cake do you want for your birthday??? I told her I didn't want any. She said What? You don't want any? I said I dont want anything from you - What you don't want anything from me - that's right I don't want anything from you - well thats just fine you won't get anything from me - good exacty what I want. fucking bitch (didn't tell her that but sure was thinking that) fuckng phony bitch. So now i have to file an EEOC complaint against these assholes and file a complaint to get my paycheck straightened out. hoping they fire me so I can then ctb. can't take this shit anymore just can't take it I take one step forward and ten steps back

I understand. My first job would giving a warning for 2 minutes overtime. Yes, *2* minutes of overtime, yet no one was reprimanded for being late, to my knowledge. I like to be early, so it was irritating to try to get it on the dot everytime and have my only coworker no-show with no consequences.

Fake and rude people are everywhere, and good jobs are hard to find. Besides personal things recently, the time I was trying to find a new job was the closest I came to impulsively ending my life right in the open, and was when I stopped hiding my suicidal feeling from anyone, so immediate family is well aware.

But I did find a new job, albeit an even harder one to be honest, but one with mostly very nice people. It's incredibly stressful to find a new job, let alone a good one, but I hope you can. At least to experience a mostly peaceful work life for a time. Either way, I hope you can find peace, and I hope your coworker is fired :P
