Well, Happy Birthday! Even if you are sad, still it's a special day, even if it might be special in a sad way. I don't know how else to congratulate you on this day other than say "Happy Birthday" but what I mean is, enjoy and savor your special day even if it's sad. I can't imagine myself reaching 30 either, but I also didn't really see myself reaching 23(I'm 23 right now) it kinda happened without me noticing and I still don't really believe it, feels fake and sad, not sure if it's a good or bad thing either. Wow thanks you guys, you really make me feel loved. These were more thoughtful responses then my fb ones. It was a decent day, but of course, I was putting myself and found myself having strong urges to cut. But alas, it was a good day. I had some ice cream cake
