Amid popularity of chloroquine due to corona virus, I just want to say that anybody considering chloroquine cocktail should be aware the danger of chloroquine.
The best way taking the cocktail is to dilute it in water or alcohol for faster ingestion, but one thing I forgot (underestimate) is that the ONSET of chloroquine taken in this way (crushed and diluted) is VERY RAPID !
Onset I predicted would be around 1 to 5 minutes ! Because chloroquine is rapidly absorbed by gut! It's very soluble in water, it's absorbed by gut rapidly, it has bioavailability around 90%, and being taken in liquid form making chloroquine onset extremly rapid ! I've ever attempted to feel the effect of cardiotoxicity of the drug and it felt horrible ! I had heartache for hours! Being taken in small amount (just over 1 gram), i felt the effect as early as 4 minutes. But if you taking it in extremly large amount, the onset will be lot faster than that!
The lesson here is that, if you want to take chloroquine cocktail: 'make sure you have very fast acting knock out drug! ' the one that will make it knock you out less than 5 minutes ! To make sure you won't feel the nasty effect!
Note: chloroquine has no sedative power whatsoever!
Ideally would be midazolam or something faster than that. If you decide to use midazolam make sure to use large quantity due to poor bioavailability of the drug taken orally. Alprazolam might work, but make sure you crush and dilute it in alcohol for faster onset and make sure it's immediate release! Not extended ones.
If you have problem getting those drug, just like in my case here, i suggest you should change or switch to others like amitriptyline or fentanyl. Ami or fent or any other opiods derivatives are anticholinergic (i think), which will slow down digestive system, another word slower onset, but you'll die longer too :( . The good news there are ways to make your death faster with those cocktail, another good news is that amitriptyline has (strongest sedative among TCA) sedative power (somebody ONLY use this without benzos even failed but said that it's peaceful!) whereas opiod derivative numb everything.
I envy those who can acquire fast acting drugs easily, that will be heaven :). But in my case, I'll leave chloroquine cocktail. Safe journey everyone!!! :)
Quick Note: chloroquine deposited in your body tissue for VERY long time!! Meaning it won't leave your body easily, being taken in large amount, it'll take forever!! And it can cause all sorts of things like blindness, kidney failure among many other things. Lesson here is that if you want to take the cocktail MAKE SURE YOU WON'T FAIL !!! otherwise you are f***ng with yourself!!
