Charlotte... Hey.
I saw that you had plans for January. I won't try to illegitimize your wishes, but i want to offer some encouragement. We are all unique, no one is "normal." There is an agenda out there that promotes "normal" standards. If you don't fit their normal ideals, you feel like an outcast. Know what? Maybe we are outcasts. But if the majority are brain dead psychopaths, I'd much rather be an outcast. Our problem is that we are too real for this modern world.
I hope you see this as a strength, because the more people there are like you and me, the more we begin to influence the general consensus and wake people up. The world needs more people like you and me.
Don't give up on life just yet. Stick around and try to see things from a different perspective. Your life has just as much value as anyone else's

SN will make your heart beat fast. That can be uncomfortable and scary for some people

Is anyone planning on taking the recommended amount of 2 grams? I'm unsure about it since it increases risk of lasting damage if the attempt fails, as opposed to practically none with SN alone.

I believe that a lot of the allure of methods involving agents like SN or N comes from their relative peacefulness (this is especially true for N). For some, a racing heart might amp of their survival instinct and leave them in a panic. Ideally, everyone should be able to go peacefully in their last moments and I cannot fault anyone for wanting to make sure that they do.

Is beta blockers easy and fast to obtain (without prescription and high price?)
I have the SN, the antiemetic is coming but I didn't order other meds because I also don't want to fill me with all those meds before dying.
I know the deads will not answer me but I'm still asking if anyone have informations about it.
Is the rapid heart beating really that discomfortable ?

You need a prescription....
According to some goodbye threads here, people who went that way described their last impressions there's is an increase in the heart rate but none of them seemed being too concerned about it.

i'm not going to take painkillers but i'm not telling people who plan to take them that they want to die but can't handle a headache. yes, Stan mentions in his guide that beta blockers are a luxury item, and for most people they are. but he also encouraged people to do their own research and not just take his guide as gospel. i did my independent reading and have decided on what i want to take, ie. what i would benefit from the most. if the thread bothers you, feel free to ignore it; button's on the top. we're all mature people here.

@charlottewilts .... OMG...all I said is that BB aren't essential to make this method work... simple and plain... there's no need to use them.... you can but Sn will make you catch the bus either way....
