Help best way to ctb with a knife?

i know this isn't really an orthodox method around here, but it's the only thing i have access to atm. what's the best (quickest and/or easiest in terms of SI) to ctb with a knife?

It's probably very hard, and if you fail, you risk destroying nerves or your spine and ending up with some paralysis
