I know it's cheesy but honestly any radiohead album (other then pablo honey) I think they're all really beautiful and just make me feel some sort of deep ache inside. or "rest" the song by the foo fighters, that's a really good one. do you have a favorite?

I only recently got into boa after watching serial experiments Lain, but they are quite the hidden gem. And like someone said above me Nine Inch Nails the downward spiral is a masterpiece...
I think the fragile (Left Side/Disc 1) is an amazing and underrated gem, if you don't believe me look up the great below, that is how you end an album.

Home, Like Noplace is There by Hotelier is the best suicide album I've ever heard. Its about an ex best friend or partner grieving their trans friend/partner's suicide and attempting to process their complex grief. It's entrenching

My favourite album release of last year was Softscars by Yeule. I can't describe how their music makes me feel. I recommend dazies, sulky baby and cyber meat. Especially dazies, really resonates with me regarding depression/suicide.
