what's the best method to ctb? is it one that;s fast? or one that's painless? or one that's clean? or neither?

For me personally my preferred method would be Nembutal, I wish for a peaceful death which is like never waking again, to me it'd be so incredibly relieving if Nembutal became accessible so we could have the option to permanently escape from suffering in peace.
