I searched, but I only find contradictory discussions. The most suitable gun has never been decreed.
And not even the most suitable caliber for a gun to shoot yourself in the head.
Obviously considering that hollow point bullets are banned here in Europe.

Firearms most lethal suicide method by far in the U.S. I bought a shotgun. I'm not ready to use it but if I can't find better method it will be it for me.

For a gun it would be a 357 magnum, 125 grain for ammo. I'd only trust this or a shotgun for CTB when it comes to using a weapon and for self-defense purposes on short range.

Grain can be put as gr, but I'm unsure if any country outside of North America sells GR/grain ammo.

These aren't HP. Flat nose is a solid bullet.

That's because it depends on what a person prefers and their knowledge. Technically a .22 can kill you. However since it's velocity and impact are lower its not as reliable as say a desert eagle or judge. As a rule of thumb higher caliber is always going to do more damage regardless of ammo but the kick is more. You might not think it would make that much of a difference if it's in your mouth but it might.

I want information on which one does the most damage (weapon and what type of bullets) and then I will train at the range for months 2 times a week.
When there is recoil the projectile has already fired. No recoil pushes the trajectory you set.

There may be a millisecond difference. Since the recoil is caused by the gasses leaving the barrel. You could drill the barrel to lessen recoil but you better know what you're doing. If you want bottom line stopping power .50 cal any ammo. If you get a judge you can use 410 shotgun shells in it. Also higher the cal heavier the gun weight wise and bigger recoil.

The risk is it pulls to the side or to far up or down. You'd be surprised what your brain can survive. Now with a high enough caliber or a 410 it might not matter as much but then again....

All I can tell you is it blows a hell of a hole in targets. Also in a gun shop near me a few years ago, a man was trying a judge with 410 the recoil was so much it came back towards his head he must have accidentally pulled the trigger as it came back because when blew his head off in the gun store.

Thanks for the reply. I can definitely see the recoil being a problem. Contemplating a temple or neck shot because of it. Intra-oral could lead to some problems.

In the mouth is the best way. Lots of people fail when they try temple. You want to hit the brain stem. It just really depends on what you're using.

I do have shaky hands though and worry about the spread from the .410. I would be using the Judge. Everything I've read just claim it to be dangerous for small game.

You have to understand that you will be inches from your target. (Brain stem) not yards. If you were planning an elaborate long range shot to try and make it look accidental i would say just use th .50 cal because 410 isn't that great long distanceand you can't use a slug. It's all about distance speed and power. I'm not promoting anything specifically just saying distance is a huge factor.
