Benzos with SN dosage protocol

I have 25x 1mg phenazepam and 19x 5mg diazepam. I was wondering how I should space them out when I decide to CTB. I have no tolerance and will take them only to make my CTB less stressful. Could anyone who knows about benzos tell me? Thank you.
