I have SN, antiemetic Metoclopramide, and paracetamol. But I don't have benzos. How important are the benzos?

Coming off a week long 20 mg a day lorezepam binge rn. Won't be no deep sleep. Just anxiolysis which will help tremendously though. Try to get some OPSimilar threads
