Help Benzos and SN

If I'm doing SN with benzos, what should I order?

I was gonna do Xanex cause I figured it'd just knock me out. But they have Valium as well. What works the best? And how many mg's do I take? They have 1, 2, and 3 mg of Xanex. In the past i used to take halves and quarters. And when do you take them if i'm doing the 3day regimen? An hour before?
