Help Benzos and sn

So, there's a discussion on this site wether the benzos should be taken at the same time as sn or before. If taken before, there's the risk of getting knocked out too soon and not be able to take the sn. If taken at the same time, there's a risk of just vomiting everything.
Can someone PLEASE clarify me on this :(

Also, I've been experimenting with xanax (on a full stomach) and 3mg or so don't knock me out at all. I've done it like 3 times, is it enough to create tolerance? How much is it needed to actually sedate me on an empty stomach? I I have like 10mg left. Is it too little?

Does anyone know where to buy it online? (A legit source if possible) or if faking a prescription can be noticed or put me in trouble… I would just change the date of my older prescription. Can pharmaceutics identify if it's fake? Like talking to the doctor or it going to a system that can notify the doctor I really don't know anything about this

Anyone has info about the quantity or when to take them? The sn bible thread says it's 20x40mg, that's so much, I domt know how to get that much, also wouldn't it make it impossible to wait and then take the sn? You would be so sedated and probably choke on vomit (if you vomit because of the sn) and the sn would probably not work so I'm really lost does anyone have answers for this?

One 1mg xanax pill knocks me out after 30 minutes but only if I go to bed, and I've used them before but never more than a week. First time I tried it I took 2mg and I stayed awake walking, but feeling very heavy and drowsy and fighting the urge to sit down and nap somewhere but I didn't fall asleep while walking obviously. So it depends maybe on what you are doing while taking them. Tolerance builds very fast. After three days taking them every day you may very well need over 3mg to feel its effects. I suggest you take a break from them for a month and then test a 4-5mg dose on an empty stomach and then just sit and watch a movie and see if you find yourself in bed suddenly. Keep in mind you don't need to be knocked out in sleep during the SN process. It's actually better to be mostly awake in case you need to drink that second cup SN.

Regarding the time of taking benzos (if crushed pills are taken in water), it is best to take something before the SN drink (perhaps when you start to feel that the benzos are starting to work - relaxation and sedation), and this is again individual, perhaps, approximately 10 - 15 minutes earlier .As for the dose, it depends on whether you have used benzos before - it is best to do a trial and see what dose works for you. Personally, I think it is best to take the dose that leads to mild sedation and anxiety relief because an excessive dose could lead to the impossibility of taking the SN drink itself. In addition, I did not notice that vomiting was recorded after losing consciousness if the loss of consciousness was due to the action of SN, which eliminates the possibility of suffocation. So benzos in a dose that enables mild sedation and removes anxiety (personally I would take between 20 and 50 mg of benzos - which I consider quite sufficient, I weigh around 100 kg and normally do not use benzos).

The thing is I've been using them as self destructive behavior and I just took 3mg and I'm feeling nothing. I started to test and now I'm getting addicted. I only have like 7mg left… I'm afraid I won't be able to control myself I'll use all of them and then i don't even know how I'll get more. I didn't know the tolerance would build this fast… like to really feel sedate and encouraged to take the sn at this point I think I would reallly need a lot if I don't stop taking it

I've read a thread here that says that otc sleeping pills may also work instead of benzos… what do y'all think

Then boof it idk. I planned on taking some benzos 30 ish minutes before taking SN anyways just to help with nerves.

Hey, so I am a regular user of Clonazepam (a benzo) and I am planning my CTB with SN. I will take the benzos 1 hour before I take the SN drink. Why? Because Clonazepam need about 60 minutes to kick in. I would definately advise taking benzos BEFORE SN drink.
3 mg of Xanax will not knock you out. 10 mg will sedate you enough for SN drink, it is not really necessary to take more.
I think faking prescriptions is a lot harder than just going to the GP and tell them that you have anxiety and cannot sleep. They will most likely prescribe a benzo...

There could be cross-tolerance. Because those sleeping pills (I assume it's Z-drugs) are a type of benzos as well. So if you have tolerance for benzos you may have tolerqnce for Z-drugs as well. But try to buy some and test it. They are not otc in my country though. If it's melatonin you refer to then it's useless for the SN method.

That depends on the country. In my country they are starting to prescribe low dose Seroquel if you mention sleep and anxiety problems. Or worse, just SSRIs smh. My doctor didn't even prescribe me antiemetics when I said I had nausea from increasing my antidepressives dose because "antiemetics may cause an increase in depressive symptoms" lol.
