Is there an alternative for Benzos? Mainly, I just want anything to ease the process, anything to sedate me or make me less conscious.

how unfortunate. in the uk there is some places to obtain via postage despite it being controlled!

Someone already said this but Pregabalin or Gabapentin (they are very similar)

Hydroxyzine, it's a prescription antihistamine sometimes prescribed for anxiety.

OTC stuff? Maybe Benadryl or Unisom?
