I feel like I'm someone who barely values what I have around me. Especially when it comes to companionship—I hate being so self-centered.

Why do I feel so lonely right now if I have my family? I don't know why I feel alone when I still have some friends. Not many, but I truly appreciate every person who stayed by my side even in the hardest moments. I feel like I get lost in my own world and don't react to what's really happening around me.

Am I the only one who feels this way? Feeling lonely even when there are people around you.
