Same, I do HIIT, lift weights, and do cardio and though it does give some type of temporary relief it always comes back with a vengeance.

i want nothing more than to do my workout routine, to eat well, to have cold showers but it is impossible to do any now i'm depressed. i wish i could enjoy the gym but whenever i go my feelings of loneliness increase so much, i'll go a day forcing myself to eat what i used to and start crying at how useless it all feels, i'll have a cold shower and briefly feel all brilliant relieving feelings only to start grieving all the other things in my life that used to make me happy. they are all too exhausting.

Can't buy a gym membership yet cause am on the threshold of moving but once I'm out I hope to do a lot of cardio

Same. An now on top of that all of my little self-worth relies on working out, so if I ever miss a few sessions because of injury/illness I get ultra-depressed.

Honestly there's something satisfying about changing your outward appearance despite how shitty you feel inside.

I'm about to go to a derm this week and get a shitty tat removed. Never been so excited to be burnt tf up.

Two benefits - 1. It's easier to get laid. 2. You'll be better at sex (last longer, more flexible, stronger to hold someone up).

Doesn't fix everything, but better than being suicidal and out of shape...
