This is my third day virtually exclusively in bed. It is minus whatever out there in the UK and I have no purpose to get up but is anyone else down the same street?

To those intetested...2 duvets and a sleeping bag over plus a hot bottle. I can afford heating (money isn't my problem) but dont see the point as I'm in bed. Literally been on my phone all day.

I'm trying to use the time constructively for ideas off here. I could go downstairs but why? Its comfy and warm in bed. And easy.

The loo is literally 10 feet away so its not an expedition. I wouldn't say its enjoyable (as I'm on here contemplating stuff and I'm also bereft re something) but its comfortable.

I've been doing the same thing. Been staying up all night and sleeping all day. I've been anxious/depressed and I handle it by staying still, almost as if I'm trying not to tip a boat.
