Ban All The People l Don't Like

Just thinking out loud here guys but I've been thinking about ways to improve on the forum experience and one thing that would be useful would be if l could have a tool enabling me to irreversibly ban users who do certain things on here which totally ruin my experience. Obviously the mods could set up a safeguard algorithm to make sure this wasn't used arbitrarily and only applied to users who l could prove were bad apples by using their own conduct as evidence, such as those not faving my posts, cracking a joke l didn't get, or sending hugs to people with a smaller post count than myself. All of these things significantly detract from my otherwise wonderful experience on this website and I'm sure most people would agree these are areas that could, and should, be improved if we are to continue being the community we set out to be.
