It is said from 10 attempts only 1 is sucessfull. Only 1 person dies, 9 will survive.

Is this also applicable for fatal methods like full hanging?

I think it depends how you define attempts.

A lot of folks here make a cry for help rather than a real attempt.

A proper attempt will be something lethal and proven like jumping, hanging or CO/H2S.

The more cry for help will be poisoning or pills, both very unreliable.

If you step off your stool (or whatever it is) and your feet dangle, it will be 100% fatal. The placement of the rope will impact how much pain you feel

The rope and the anchor point must hold ones weight.
If not the attempt will fail.

There are 10-20 suicid attempts and only 1 is sucessfull when the statistic is correct.

So it means i have to try 10 times to be sucessfull? My goal was 1 time and sucessfull.

Maybe that statistic is also linked to SI (survival instinct).
