This is the rope i am using https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B087RQXB48?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I am using a noose knot with the an extra knot at the end (shown pic). I kneel down facing the wall and i am suspended fully. I have waited like 30 secs but no sign of fainting or any thing, just head gets heavy. I keep trying multiple time with different rope placements, i have tried with rope as close to the chin as possible, i have tried breathing out and breathing in and holding it. Nothing seems to work
Now I keep having this realy bad head aches all the time now, i might have messed something up.

Any advice would be greately apritiated

If you kneel you're not fully suspended and if you're full suspended you cannot kneel.

Partial is difficult. You don't put enough pressure with your body weight to compress the carotids hence you get that feeling that your head is gonna explode. Consider full hanging bc once you kicked the chair away there is no way back and your body weight is always more than enough to compress the carotids.
