Ask advice for psychological suffering

My friend suffers psycholgical (OCD, autism, No peace of mind). He wants to have the peace in mind he can end his life in dignity whenever he wants.
I understand what he asks. Because everything better than harming people during your dead.
And it should be a right for anyone to end his life.
Because I love him I want to prolong his life as long as possible.
But still he wants the option to die peacefull whenever he wants.
And I remark last days he feel more peacefull and less stressed.
Please my question is : Can we talk with other people (real or on this forum) to help us what the options are.
I a Christian, catholic. And want live together with him in light as long as possible.
But one day will come he decide to end. And this shoud be in dignity
Maybe this question and this forum can help people in the same situation.
I would be very gratefull to have contact with people in same situation who found a solution and found peace of mind by doing this.

I am an active suicidal poster on the suicide forums so take my advice sparingly, but has your friend looked into fluvoxamine? if his ocd is that severe it is worth a shot, i don't lightly endorse psych meds but fluvoxamine did help me a lot with my more stupid tics and routines

also you sound like a cool friend.
