as soon as i decided to start my ctb plan again, the voice in my head got quiet

not in a schizophrenic way. but that voice that criticizes everything i do. the voice that's always displeased. nothings ever good enough. that voice got really gentle and nice once i accepted that ctb is the best option for me now

I feel you! After I accepted that I'm going to ctb sooner or later, that weird feeling of how wrong everything is stopped bothering me and I feel much more comfortable and peaceful than I ever did. Wish you luck in whatever you decide to do.
