Out of these things I'd say poor eyesight, British teeth and under 6 foot aren't making you a worse person / are treatable.
Back pain can be treatable as well, even just by daily exercise. Though I don't know what your issue is specifically.

Not sure what you mean with horrible knees either, if they work and don't hurt they are fine?

The IQ is an issue I am suffering from, too. I do feel like a subhuman because I am dumb as shit.

I'm not that. I have more than 160 iq. I just don't have the luck, money and position in society. I don't play their game and that's why I'm on the sidelines. i dont know if im subhuman per se i just feel like im,, not human. like i dont belong in this world, none of it makes sense to me, im unable to interact with people or become a functioning member of society and i just feel alienated from everything. every time i try to do anything, even the simplest task, it just feels wrong. you're doing it wrong. you are wrong. i dont think theres really necessarily anything wrong with me, but im not supposed to be here in this universe.
