Are you ctb?

Is everyone on here ctb for certain? Are any of you in doubt? I think about it a lot. Especially lately. But I don't know if ever I will. I'm really just here weighting out options and learning about methods. This is really a whole different community of people than what you'll find irl and I kind of like interacting and observing. I mean you really can't just bring up most of these topics with people from your everyday life. Plus I like knowing it's here if I make up my mind or if things get worse.

am almost there..if everything goes as planned i would not be seeing the daylight on Sunday... in worst case scenario... i would ctb before 27 oct...

N would be my first option. The Tank would be the next best thing if I couldn't obtain that.

by tank you mean any inert gas cylinder ??

Awesome. I never really looked into argon. I called around about Nitrogen tanks but were im from (The US), they only ship empty tanks. Then I'd have to fill them up myself at some welding shop.

well am one more step close to ctb..received my cylinder..would suggest you search for argon as its widely available... was looking at helium but chances of finding pure helium is less..

Ill definatly look at argon. I originally wanted Helium but all I could find was people who sold air/gas admixtures. Apparently America is going though some sort of helium shortage. Thanks for the plug.

If they ask you why do you need it tell them for alluminium welding ..
As for iron and other metals..a mix if oxygen and other gases would be used ...ask for ultra pure argon

I think compressed nitrogen can be purchased for beer brewing and you can purchase it from some breweries. PPeH lists a source that will sell the full nitrogen tank to you but there are others too.

Thanks again for all your advice. I know it can be purchased for brewing but I thought I had to be licensed. It's worth a shot if I can find someway to get it.

I know I need and want to but I need to find a method I will be able to go through with and summon up the strength. I hope it will be soon, or at least I can settle on a method I absolutely know I can/will use. I will feel a lot more at peace once I have that, and know I will be departing.

In an ideal situation, if I had a friend who would make sure I don't thrash about and regain consciousness when I am trying to ctb, then I absolutely would.

Because of uncertainties, I'm very close to doing it but not certain, I'm still fighting with my mind.

It's not thst difficult to get... i was a bag of nerves when I approached the dealer for argon... glad I was able to pull it off with the help of this group... good luck

Thank you. I think I might get the house to myself on 10/29. Unlikely for 10/28 unless I don't have to go to work.
