I think that it's possible (some people got welfare checks from when IC got taken down). Not sure if any other sources have resulted in a welfare check though.
Anyone who's ordered from MDS in the US: have you gotten one?

I'm not an expert on America, but I'd imagine that sort of thing varies by state or perhaps even by city?
