For example, I cannot accept my condition when I used to play sports, lead an active lifestyle, now my life is so terrible that I prefer ctb than to exist day after day. I had never thought about ctb before, but I always thought it was better to die than become disabled. My family supports me, but I don't have the desire to live like this at all.

That's pretty much how I ended up here, I was practically bedbound and in pain all the time. I did get lucky though and managed to recover. Everyone will be different though. For some they might be able to go through some recovery to some extent or another. For others they may be able to adapt and accept their disability with support and help.

Ultimately though for some it may feel like a constant downward spiral with nothing that can be done to reverse and those people have my utmost sympathy. If all other options are exhausted and no help forthcoming then they should be able to choose what they do with their own life.

Thank you for your answer and your opinion, in my understanding, if a person cannot be helped and all possible treatment options have been tried, then he has the right to end his suffering.
