I was wondering if there are any Dutch people that also struggle with suicidal thoughts because I genuinely know no one that feels/experiences the feelings I feel and it's a very lonely feeling. :(

There are plenty of depressed and suicidal people in this country, especially under the younger people because of all the BS we gotta live through like no housing and study debt. Most of them are just wearing a mask very well because some regions dont take mental health seriously ;(

Ughh I think you're right, I've just always been very open about my struggles which also makes me feel very weak. I just wish I had people around me that feel similar to how I feel. Thank you for sharing though :)
