Hi,
In order to save money I have the option to live in a self contained housing association flat in a staffed block. If the sn retailer I'm buying from finds out I live in supported housing it will be harder to make it seem like I cure meats with sn. It will look more like I'm using it for suicide. Do they google someone's address before sending it?
If I can't do it in the housing association flat, I will have to wait until I get unstaffed housing which will seriously push back my schedule. Any help much appreciated.

You can't find every person on google. I think most people can't be found on google. The dealers sell not only SN, but hundreds of other products and chemicals and ship them to many countries around the world. They don't care where someone lives. The order processing is mostly automatic.

some companies absolutely care where someone lives and they absolutely do check including DD. If your billing address and shipping address is different they usually will not send to you. They also check to see if you live by or at a college or dorms. They also go as far to check social media to see if you're in college or high School.

SN is a legal product. The retailer doesn't do a background check on their customers. They don't google their customers or stalk them on social media before deciding to sell it to them. They don't check to see where you live or what type of housing they live in. It doesn't matter to them. They are a business and they are only interested in making a profit. They arent interested in their customers' personal lives. They do not call their customers and interrogate them on why they are buying a certain product. You don't have to prove anything to them.

It doesn't matter if your billing and shipping address is different. They will still ship your order to the address you tell them. They ask for the billing address, so they know where to send the bill so they can get paid. You can have your order shipped to any address you want.

Does this not depend on the country you're in and where you source?

U.K. I worry about customs. Haven't figured a source out yet anyway but it's so frustrating when all I have immediately accessible is a rope.

I've already called and spoke with the owner of the company. They said they absolutely check to see if the billing and shipping address is different. Especially when ordering Nitrite because they have had several college kids use their product. The people who have different mailing and billing addresses are the ones that they usually call. Yes they do do a background check in terms of checking social media to make sure that they aren't selling to college kids or selling to kids. This is why several people's orders have been canceled by them and the customer has no idea why. I spoke with the owner of DD and I know for a fact that this company does so or I wouldn't be wasting my time typing these comments. Yes they absolutely do call some of their customers there have been several people on the forum that have already mentioned it.
Maybe with other companies they don't care but with this specific company they absolutely do care as they have had many families call them complaining that their loved ones used their product to take their life.

Under what pretext would you have called them and asked about their shipping/billing/background checks on social media sites? Just that inquiry alone would alert them that they need to be checking social media sites for their customer's names.

I'll message you privately.
Actually I can't message you if you PM me I'll explain.
No because I never asked her anything about that she was the ones that told me about that. And what she is saying is true because there have been several users before and after who have had their purchases cancelled. It's not up for debate. I called from a private number asking them why my order got canceled for SN. She went into depth and explained everything.
There was no inquiry because all I asked her was why my order got canceled. She then explained the entire thing about the product what it's being used for that families have been calling them that they've already had several people die from their product. That they're (the government or whoever) looking to regulate the product as well but she said there's really nothing she can do right because the product is legal anyway. She then told me the reason why some orders get canceled. The phone call that I made has nothing to do with it. They have already been alerted several other times. They've already had several college kids use their product and apparently a celebrity did as well.

OK. I understand what you're saying. I have read other users reporting that their orders had been cancelled.

So, you called them inquiring about the reason your order was cancelled. Were any of the reasons she told you during the call why your order was cancelled, IE you're a college student, or a celebrity, or something else? Did your phone call to them resolve the cancellation of your order?

What seems to be in conflict with me is what you stated she told you which is, "there's nothing she can do right (now) because the product is legal anyway", and the seemingly random cancelling of orders.

And the other thing is why are you unable to message me? I don't have you blocked.

So my order actually didn't get canceled I received it with no problem. She explained to me why some orders get canceled and she went into depth to explain that if the billing in the mailing address is different that they usually call just to check to see why they're ordering the product. (Not like it isn't easy for people to lie) she also said that they checked to see if it's being sent to a college or college dorms and if they suspect that these users are underage or high school or college students they will look for their social media. She said it's hard to keep up with everyone though because so many people order the product.

Yeah so I guess the most that they can do is cancel the order if they get suspicious for some reason.
And they also said for most people if the billing in the mailing address is different that they will usually cancel the order.

I called from a private number just to get more information to figure out what was up so that I can inform people here. There were many of users who were having their order canceled and there were a couple of people that the company actually called.

It´s legal to own SN. But in many countries it´s not allowed to sell it to private individuals and to import it. We had this conversation several times before. It allways depends on the country.

Just my two cents but I don't think it's a good idea to be contacting these companies, if your order was fine. This business owner already knows what this is being used for, but they may decide to pull it if they think it's getting too much negative attention. For all they know, you were a reporter doing a story.

I am very familiar with DD. I have ordered from them quite a bit over the years. First of all, the owner of DD is a man, not a woman. SN is legal and not regulated in the US. The company's hands aren't tied. No one is forcing them to sell SN or any other chemical if they don't want to. They choose to sell it. The company can always make a business decision to restrict it and not sell it to private addresses, or they can stop selling it altogether if they want. They haven't chosen to do this.

The company isn't wasting their time searching people's social media to find out how old they are. They don't have to. Businesses can already digitally verify someone's age if they want to. They already do this when they sell alcohol or tabacco products in order to make sure that minors aren't buying it. They have you upload a copy of your driver's licence and then verify your age and that the name on your id matches the name on the credit card. This is easier and more accurate than looking at someone's social media to verify age.
DD doesn't ask customers to verify their age before they buy something. They have never asked me how old I am. People in college are adults not children, and they can buy any legal product they want just like anyone else can.

It isn't suspicious if someone has a different billing and shipping address. . People use separate billing and shipping address all the time. That is why companies ask for both. They ask for the billing address, so they know where to send the bill. Someone doesn't always have their order sent to the billing address. They can have a valid reason to send it to another address such as they are ordering a gift for someone, they don't live at the same address the entire year, they are traveling and need to order something, etc. It doesn't raise a red flag for a company. They will ship your order to any address you want as long as you pay for it.

The company doesn't have a policy where they call their customers and ask them why they are buying the product. I have ordered from them, and they have never called me or cancelled my order. If they randomly call, you can tell them you cure meat or make beef jerky. They don't have any reason to doubt you since most people use it for this reason. The company isn't going to question you in depth or look on your social media to see if it's true. They are a business looking to make a profit like any other.

No company is going to tell a customer that calls them that they are using a customer's social media to spy on them even if it was true. It would be an invasion of privacy and would ruin the company's reputation. A company would never tell someone who called them that they know that some of their customers died because they intentionally misused their product, and that their hands are tied and they can't do anything about it so they have to keep selling it. They would be admitting liability and could be sued if it could be proved that they said this.

Well whoever the woman was was a higher up. Okay so if they aren't worried about college kids then how come they've canceled college kids orders several different times many of which have already came on here and made a thread about it? Just a coincidence right?
You've ordered from them quite some time over the years? What were you ordering?
It's also another coincidence that many people have made threads on here who have gotten their order canceled who had different billing and shipping addresses right?
They absolutely have a reason to doubt people since they've had several calls from parents whose kids were in college and they've already canceled several people's order that were located at a college address I'm not arguing with you and it's not up for debate. I spoken to several users who were located at a college or a college dorm who've had their orders canceled. You can search through the mega thread and see for yourself.
What's so you're saying the lady made it all up and she was lying? You're saying these previous users were lying? If they don't have a reason to call then why the hell are they calling people to begin with?
How would it be an invasion of privacy if the social media is public?
I honestly don't care. Whatsoever at all. I have what I need. End of story.
So what are you calling me a liar? Because I know for a goddamn fact with the lady told me over the phone. She said their hands are tied so they're not able to check everyone's information when they're selling the product. She absolutely told me that they are aware of the fact that people are misusing the product to kill themselves. Don't sit here and try to make me out to be a liar. Looking more into it maybe it is an invasion of privacy. Maybe she lied and made it all up just to try to tell me what I wanted to hear. I doubt it though.

So what are you calling me a liar?
Seriously. This stuff's getting old. Of all people, @Shu is not a liar.

There's a really weird thing nowadays where people assume that if something did not happen to them in particular, then it didn't happen to ANYBODY. You see it all over the place, in every context.
