Are sleeping pills difficult to go now?

I'm desperate to find a peaceful method to leave this life.

what happened with sleeping pills ?i know lots of celebrities used it to leave.

can I see a doctor,pretend like I can't sleep and save them to take a large amount one day?

Ingredients have changed. That happenned in the 60´s. They used to have N or similar ingredients on them. The ones we get now won´t help you.

Marilyn Monroe died with sleeping tablets that were basically nembutal. It was prescribed as a sleeping/anxiety medication and lots of people OD'd on it.

Today over the counter sleeping pills are anti histamines that have a side effect of making you drowsy.

The packaging says if you take too many you could have heart problems or even die, but I think it's highly unlikely.

The powers that be seem to be doing their best to close off every peaceful, relatively painless method.

A depressing litany of reformulated sleeping pills, diluted helium, unleaded gasoline/catalytic convertors, doubtless more things I'm not thinking of, maybe stuff like the shift in cooking gas in the UK in the early 1960s. Seems like there's a shrinking window of opportunity throughout the industrialized world.

Concentrated burning charcoal might work, though I've not looked closely into the method. IIRC there was a rash of deaths via that method in Hong Kong, to the point where (you guessed it) they limited how much charcoal could be bought. Seems to me it is still a possibility in the USA, at least. The biggest issue would be being left alone long enough for it work, once you figure out how to disable CO and smoke detectors.

Amitryptyline is probably the best bet for a prescription drug ctb. With benzos and or sleeping pills.

An anticholinergic overdose (first gen antihistamines are anticholinergics) can absolutely be lethal, but it is one of the worst ways to go. Expect hallucinations, pulseless electrical activity, hyperthermia, seizures, blindness, and uncontrollable muscle movements.

As stated in lots of posts on SS, overdosing is virtually impossible or extremely painful these days. The risk of litigation has induced governments and pharma to use all their best chemical tricks to make us suffer forever. It sucks. I'd off myself this weekend if I could.

It depends. You might have a chance if you mix different drugs like drinking alcohol, benzos, sleeping pills or opioids. No guarantee though. There are so many variables, you may vomit it out, it depends on your weight, state of health etc.

I would've died from an OD if I wasn't found. I had an illicit drug beforehand, can't remember exactly what it was, was very drunk and drank a whole bottle of pills containing a combination of codeine, paracetamol and ibuprofen. I started itching all over probably due to the codeine and then I was out. Was in ICU and when I came to the doctor asked me why I did it and I said "Because I wanted to die" and he replied "Well, you nearly did." I wish I had died that day, my life is disaster 15 years later and I want to ctb again, but I wont choose pills to do it.

Unless you can make your own pentobarbital and chloral hydrate (and there have been multiple youtube tutorials on how to make them yourself), this can be extremely difficult. (My own emergency CTB stash is a combination of 15 oxycodone tablets and 200 mg clonazepam with 50 mg alprazolam, plus a few old unopened bottles of amitriptyline waiting to be crushed. I would dose myself with these once on the brink of falling asleep on a high dose of zolpidem. Keep in mind that I am the antithesis of an addict, allowing me to accumulate my supplies.)

With pheno (not penTo) it can take up to 3 days I've read (there was a case where a doctor some kind of "supervised", thats why people use it with drowning or something.
If someone can get hold of it, there needs to be certainty that the person won't be found within an extended time, I guess
