Apple's naturally absorb a lot of arsenic from soil. Apple juice because it's so concentrated has high levels of arsenic in it. You can Google Dr Oz he discussed this in one of his episodes. I'm childless but if I were to have a baby I would not give the baby apple juice, personally.

You can't go wrong with a nice orange, each little piece full of sweet succulent juice. Apples are crunchy and full of their own juices, but they cant compare to the soft pieces of a orange.

Orange juice is better, but real apples are my favourite food hands down. My OCD also means I have to eat the entire apple, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm completely immune to cyanide poisoning at this point lol
