Anything I should avoid prior to taking SN?

Is there anything I should avoid when taking SN? (e.g. orange juice)

eating or drinking for several hours. consult the master thread or stans guide

• Any type of acidic drink, OJ, sodas (and really anything besides water the day of)
• Alcohol
• Medicine that you don't usually take besides what is on the regimen.
• Eating food within 6-8 hours of SN
• Drinking water within 2 hours of SN (sips for meds only)
• Food that your stomach is not accustomed to.
• Taking >25g SN (unless you're 395lbs)
• Taking <20g SN
• Taking it with >50ml water
• Taking it with anything other than water
• Going for a stroll outside after you take it or operating vehicles (lol)

Do:

• take meto or atleast antacid (if you can)

It could go either way for me. It might make it easier, but might make me just go chill with snacks instead.
