Help Anything I can do without CTB

I've got a lot going on with my family and I don't want to hurt anyone but I keep fucking it up. With my brother's felony charge coming up and my bf I just want an escape that doesn't involve me ending it. Not right now at least.

There's drugs, any legal dispensaries where you are? Alcohol is an easy in too. Are you looking for media escapism like shows, movies, games? Self harm?

Anything. Most substances won't be legal to me.

I think you may get more constructive answers (not an insult to anyone here!) on the recovery forum right next to this forum on the main page. some of the sticky's may be helpful. but even if it's not you're welcome here always. it sounds like a tough situation and it sounds by the title that you're unsure which is A OK. that's why the recovery section exists. wishing you the best xx

I only wasn't sure about recovery because I don't know if I'm really looking to recover right now. Just need the feeling to pass lol.
