If you have a scale and a measuring cup please dm me I need your help. Or reply with a message to this so I can dm you. I need a visual representation of what 25g of salt (or if you have SN) and 50ml of water look like.

No a spoon can't weight your stuff. Example, put 20 grams of sugar on a tablespoon vs. Sand and the visual size is different.

A digital scale is $5-10 bucks at a smoke shop.
