I haven't, and if somehow they learn about your order, I doubt the cops would hospitalize you over it. If there's nothing to suggest that you're imminently going to kill yourself, they won't do anything. You could easily say the SN is for meat curing or something like that. No evidence to the contrary, no reason to hospitalize.
No, but when the site a lot of people would order SN from got taken down and the man behind it got arrested in Canada, the police went through his customer list and local cops called me and wanted to send me to the emergency room for an assessment over having bought SN. Ultimately they wanted to hospitalize me. I didn't end up going since I told them I ordered it over half a year ago at the time and I told them I'm keeping the SN and they were like ok.Similar threads
