Anyone to messed up to ctb

I have severe ocd. So I'm always doubting my decisions. Just wondering if anyone experiences the inability to ctb

just fear & strong innate SI , how does yr ocd manifest itself? i guess it too obvious to ask if uve had any treatments for this-medicinal or otherwise?

Ocd is torture. I just second guess every possibility and cant reach a decision. I suppose if I got N I would just have to gulp it lol

Same. I cannot act. I imagine the consequences of every action or inaction and I cannot act even though I can't not act. It tears my mind apart.

that sounds awful, is it far to obvious to ask, no medications at all help? combined with talking therapy and/ or alternative therapies
