Do you mean more lethal? Was he an alcoholic? Was he on anti psychotic medication prior to taking it? Did he take the right dosage for his weight?

Several fails were described by users in this year (maybe more fails were described in SN megathread, but I don't watch it). The most memorable case for me was https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/took-sn-heres-my-story.15395 (30mg stat meto dose was unable to prevent vomiting).

I worry about surviving SN. It's the question of purity that I worry most about. I bought mine from what appears to be reputable source (chemical company) and states 99.9% pure. But you never know.

I've read there are kits to test the purity of the substance if you are worried.
